PRODUCT INFORMATION

Woven PP Flexo Ink (also known as PP Woven Ink) is a solvent-based ink system that uses Toluene or Alcohol as its main solvent. It is specially formulated for surface printing on woven PP films, whether PE-coated or non-coated.

Applications

PP packaging printing: Woven PP bag, have PE-coated or non-coated, such as animal feed bags, agricultural bags for fertilizer and grains, and Jumbo bags.

PK and PKP packaging printing: Suitable for PK and PKP bags (e.g., export cement bags, valve bags, additive packaging, and other industrial packaging types).

Printing Technology: Compatible with all types of Flexographic printing machines, including:

  • Direct Flexo printing machines for sheet-fed printing;
  • Direct Flexo printing machines for roll-to-roll printing (with or without cutting);
  • Indirect Flexo printing machines for roll-to-roll printing (with or without cutting);
  • Direct Flexo printing machines with doctor blade system for roll-to-roll printing (with or without cutting).

Typical Products

Widely used for printing on packaging such as animal feed bags (Anco, Cargill…), agricultural packaging (Nghe An Sugar, DAP, Ha Bac, Lam Thao…), and cement bags (Thang Long…).
